Standard dinner per plate $9.75 + tax per 100 Guests.
(Special menus are available and priced per selection.)
Menu Includes: Polish sausage, chicken, green beans with carrots, mashed potatoes, gravy, Polish noodles, sweet/sour cabbage rolls, butter and coffee.

Hall rental with our catering ................................................$300.00 (Without catering, $500.00)
Bartenders - Open Bar - $6.00 per person / Partial Open Bar (beer & pop) - $4.00 per person.
Security per man - 1 per 100 guests .................................$90.00 each
Beer per keg (half barrel) ........................................Cost + 45% + tax
Liquor per bottle ......................................................Cost + 45% + tax

DEPOSITS
A minimum of $200.00 deposit with a personal check is required at the time of the rental of the hall. In the event of a cancellation, all money will be refunded within (60) sixty days FROM THE BOOKING DATE. In the event damage(s) occur deposit is forfeited. If cancellation with rebooking occurs, deposit will be $500.00 non-refundable. DEPOSIT IS SEPARATE FROM PAYMENT.
PAYMENT
On the TUESDAY prior to the event, payment for meals, balance of the hall rent, bartenders and security is due in full. No personal checks. (Cash, cashier's check or money order acceptable.) Payment of $2.00 per person for the bar bill is also due.
TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, A FINAL COUNT INCLUDING HEAD TABLE MUST BE CALLED IN. IF NOT CALLED IN, ANY EXPENSE INCURRED SUCH AS LAST MINUTE BARTENDERS, SECURITY, ETC., WILL BE DUE BEFORE THE PARTY BEGINS.
On the TUESDAY following the event, the balance is due in full. If bartenders are not paid the night of the event, the cost of the bartenders will be $70.00 each.
A 10% PER DAY LATE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH DAY BILL REMAINS PAST DUE.
ONE MEMBER FROM Z.B. FALCONS IS REQUIRED AT EVERY FUNCTION. ONLY Z.B. FALCONS BARTENDERS ARE ALLOWED BEHIND THE BAR.
All food left over is the property of the party and must be removed from the premises before the closing of the even. BRING OBLONG ALUMINUM PANS. IF YOU DO NOT BRING ALUMINUM PANS, THEN THEY WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AT $5.00 PER PAN. ALSO BRING FOIL.
PARTIAL BOTTLES OF LIQUOR
Remain the property of the hall. Charges for partial bottles will be made in one-quarter increments. Champagne & non-alcohol champagne are a per bottle charge.
MUSIC AND OR ENTERTAINMENT
Arrangements for all entertainment and payment there-of is the sole responsibility of the social event.
DAMAGE:
Any damage by event guests shall be the sole responsibility of the event party. No nails, duct tape on any walls or floors. No nails, staples or duct tape on any walls, floors, tables or chairs. Failure to comply will result in a $100.00 Fine.
No confetti or glitter or any kind allowed in the hall. There will be a $100 fine if used. All balloons must be anchored. Let your decorator know these conditions listed here.
HOURS:
NO ACTIVITIES BEFORE 5:00 PM. All activities must cease no later than 12:00 AM.
BAR will close at 11:30 PM.
LAST SONG at 11:30 PM.
PREMISIS must be vacated by 12:30 AM.
SECURITY:
1 (one) security is MANDATORY for every 100 guests.
- B. Falcon member in charge and any officer has the right to escort anyone from the event. Hours of security are 7:00 through 12:00 AM.
STATE LAW STATES: NO BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.
NO LIQUOR OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO ANY EVENT! ANYONE CAUGHT DOING SO WILL BE REMOVED FRMO THE EVENT.
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OURS, ALL EVENTS WILL HAVE AT LEAST THE PERIMITER LIGHTS TURNED ON. AT NO TIME WILL ALL LIGHTS BE TURNED OFF.
SHOWERS AND PARTIES (Number of guests is less than 100)
LOUNGE RENTAL: $150 includes set up and cleaning.
SHOWER PARTY DISCOUNT IF RECEPTION IS HELD HERE.
